Delete your data

You can ask us to delete your Foragic account and everything in it at any time. This also applies if you signed in with Google, Facebook or Apple.
The quickest way: log in at foragic.com and choose Delete my account at the bottom of the menu. You're signed out straight away and everything is deleted 7 days later (email us before then to stop it).
Or by email:
- Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Foragic account" and your Foragic username.
- We'll confirm it's you, cancel any paid plan, and delete your account, scans, photos, drafts and connected eBay tokens within 30 days. Encrypted backups roll off within a further 7 days.
- We keep payment records for 6 years where UK tax law requires it, and nothing else.
Also disconnect eBay (optional): deleting your Foragic account removes our access, but you can also remove Foragic from eBay under My eBay → Account → Permissions.
Signed in with Facebook? You can remove Foragic in Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites; then email us as above to delete your Foragic data.
Listings you've already published on eBay belong to your eBay account and aren't deleted by this; end them on eBay if you want them gone.
