These terms are the agreement between you and Foragic when you use the Foragic app or website. By creating an account you agree to them.
Foragic helps you identify items, see matching current eBay UK listings, check trade-in prices, and prepare eBay listing drafts. Foragic does not show eBay sold prices; it can open eBay's own sold search for you. Foragic is not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with eBay.
Identifications, prices, trade-in quotes and Coach tips are estimates from automated tools and other sites. They can be wrong. Check before you buy, list or sell — the decision, and any profit or loss, is yours.
When you connect eBay, Foragic acts only when you ask it to (for example, creating a draft). You stay responsible for your listings and for following eBay's rules and the law, including on what you sell and how you describe it. You can disconnect at any time in Foragic or in your eBay account settings.
Don't try to break, overload, copy or scrape Foragic, get around its limits, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do, and allowances exist so the service stays affordable for everyone.
Photos, titles and descriptions you create stay yours. You let us store and process them to run the service for you.
We're always improving Foragic, so features change. We'll do our best to keep it running but can't promise it'll never be down. If we make a change to these terms that matters, we'll tell you before it applies.
We're responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not using reasonable care. We're not responsible for business losses (such as lost profit or a bad buy), or for losses caused by eBay or other services. Nothing here limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, or your legal rights as a consumer.
You can stop using Foragic and delete your account at any time (see Delete your data). We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can also use your local courts.
